Leaves the mill in 1 to 3 business days, and most orders arrive 5 to 7 days after that. Shipped direct from Eder Flag in Oak Creek, Wisconsin, and we email the tracking the day it goes.

Flying a service flag

A service flag flies below the national flag, never above it and never at the same height on the same halyard. On a separate pole it flies at the same height or lower. Where more than one service flag is flown together the order is Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, Space Force, then Coast Guard.

POW-MIA. Federal law names six days a year when the POW-MIA flag is flown at prominent federal sites, and many posts and municipalities fly it year round. It goes directly below the national flag on the same halyard.

Two weights, the same as the national flag. Endura-Nylon for most places, and Poly-Max where it is open, coastal, or flying every day of the year.

Shipping and returns

Both of them in full, before you pay, not after.

Shipping is free on every order. Any flag, any size, anywhere in the United States. There is no minimum to reach and nothing is added at checkout.
You have 10 days to send it back. Tell us within 10 days of delivery and return it unused, in the bag it arrived in.
Return postage is $7.95. We take it off the refund, so there is nothing to pay up front and nothing to work out at the counter. The balance goes back to the card you paid with.
A flag that has been flown cannot come back. One day up a pole ends its life as new stock, so check the size against your pole before you run it up. We will tell you the right size if you ask.

Damaged, or the wrong thing in the parcel, is not a return. Send us a photograph and we will replace it. The $7.95 does not apply and you do not send anything back.
