Privacy Policy

Effective October 7, 2026. This policy explains what America’s Dealers and Distributors, LLC (“we”, “us”) collects when you use americasdd.com, mainly through our quote and enquiry form, and what we do with it. The short version: we use your details to answer you and to do the job you ask for, and we never sell them.

What we collect

What you type into the form. Your email address (the only required field), and anything else you choose to give us: your name, phone number, ZIP code, what you need, whether it is for a home or a business, your notes, and any photos you attach of a flagpole.

What the form adds for you. The page you sent it from, the area that page covers, and the pole you picked in our flagpole finder or height tool, if you used them. This tells us what you were looking at so you do not have to repeat it.

What your browser sends automatically. Like most websites, we use Google Analytics and Google Ads to see how people find and use the site: pages viewed, the device and browser, approximate location from your IP address, and whether a visit led to a form being sent or a phone number being tapped. Google sets cookies to do this. We also load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.

When you call, text or email us. Your phone number or email address and what you tell us.

How we use it

• To reply to you, prepare your quote and follow up on it.
• To do the work you order: ordering and shipping your flagpole or flags, scheduling the installation, invoicing and taking payment.
• To keep a record of your enquiry and any job we do, including for warranty and tax purposes.
• To understand which pages and adverts work, so we can improve the site.

If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your enquiry or job. We do not send marketing texts. Reply STOP to any text and we will stop.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with the companies that help us answer you and do the work, and only what they need:

• Formspree, which receives the form and delivers it to us by email.
• Google (Gmail, Google Sheets and Google Drive), where we keep enquiries, quotes and job records, and Google Analytics and Google Ads, as described above.
• Square, which we use for invoices and payments.
• Eder Flag and freight carriers, who need a delivery name, address and phone number to ship your order.
• Installation crews and partner contractors who carry out your job, who need your name, address, phone number and the job details.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights in a dispute about a job.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become a job are kept for up to 3 years so we can pick up where we left off if you come back. Records of jobs we carry out are kept for at least 7 years, for warranty and tax purposes.

Your choices

• See, correct or delete your information. Email team@americasdd.com and we will do it within 30 days, except for records we must keep by law.
• Stop hearing from us. Tell us by email or reply STOP to a text.
• Analytics and ad cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, turn off personalised Google ads at adssettings.google.com, or install Google’s Analytics opt-out. The site works the same without them.

Security

The form is sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and our records are kept in password-protected accounts. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send us card numbers or other sensitive financial details through the form.

Children

This site is for adults arranging flagpoles and flags. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the effective date at the top.
