15 ft flagpoles by finish

Black, bronze and clear anodized finishes cost more than satin and hold their look for decades, which pays for itself near salt air.

Internal or external halyard at 15 ft

At 15 ft every pole has the rope outside, on a cleat (external halyard). That's simple, easy to service and the lower-cost choice.

Internal vs external halyard, explained

Wind, the coast and hurricanes

The strongest 15 ft pole is the Basic Flagpole (ECSS15), rated 120 mph with a flag flying. Above that, the site gets engineered on its own: tell us the address and we'll size it.

Every address has a design wind speed set by its building code. We check yours before we quote, and we size the pole to it, so the cheapest pole is only recommended when it's rated for where you are.

How tall is 15 ft?

A 15 ft flagpole stands about level with a 1-storey building, and that's how a flagpole looks right: level with the building behind it, or a little above. It flies a 3' x 5' flag, the size Eder recommends for this height. A bigger flag pulls harder than the pole was built for.

Replacing a pole? Choose the height you had: the old foundation can often be reused.
