Why your address changes the pole

Eder publishes a wind map, and every pole they make carries a rating for holding that wind with a flag flying, which pulls far harder than bare metal. The zone your address sits in decides how wide and how thick the pole has to be — not the height, and not the price.

Most of the country is a 90 mph zone on Eder’s map; the hurricane coast runs from 100 to 150 mph. A pole that is right in Kansas is not the pole for Ocean City. We look your zone up before quoting and write it on the quote, so you can check it.

Where we are

We supply flagpoles in every state on the map, and install in the dark ones. Alaska and Hawaii are the two we do not cover.
